Arrival and check-in from 15:00 at hotel/B&B x, y or z at max 15 km from Termunterzijl. On arrival, reception with coffee/tea, treat. Handing over info on the region and tips for going out that afternoon.
Dine at restaurant Termunterzijl, or Eemshotel (both Eurotoques code)
Breakfast until 10am and then preparation for LocalLime route from Termunterzijl.
Optional: bring packed lunch for the road (to be collected at....)
If with a group - expert guide along present with you. Individually: Use the app LocalLime. The route starts with short circular walk through Termunterzijl with viewing of some highlights.
Then via the Dolland dyke to Battery Fiemel and the Dollard Visitor Centre (open from 12 noon). From the visitor centre a walk to the Point of Reide (limited possible) From spring-autumn walk to the seal viewing wall (approx. 45 minutes incl. viewing).
Continue the route to the Johannes Kerkhovenpolder. (With group: Visit the Johannes Kerkhoven experimental farm)
Perhaps lunch is possible here? Inquir. After lunch, continue route to Nieuwe Statenzijl, with option walk to the Kiekkaaste. (may be trickier in terms of time). Bad Nieuweschans.
Following the itinerary or directly, depending on time. Guided tour at cooperative De Graanrepubliek with tasting. End day with dinner - cereal and Dollar-related. Return to the overnight location.
Checking out after breakfast is usually before 11am.
